Athens was the destination for our recent Model United Nations conference. It was truly an international event with 500 delegates participating from countries such as Togo, Poland, Italy, Germany, Ireland and Holland to name a few.

MUN is a fantastic opportunity to develop English skills, as over the four days our students had to research global issues, write speeches and speak in public. Additionally, many friendships were made along the way which promotes self-confidence, tolerance and well-being.

Congratulations to Genwa Hassan who won Best Delegate at the Historical Crisis Committee and to Maria Afonso Pereira for being a distinguished Chair at the Disarmament Committee.
